GROW IN YOUR FAITH
Grow in Your Faith
Following Jesus isn’t just a one-time decision—it’s a daily journey.
No matter where you are in your walk with God, there is always room to grow. At Connection Pointe, we believe spiritual growth happens through a relationship with Jesus, time in His Word, consistent prayer, and connection with other believers.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step.
Spend Time with God
Growth starts with knowing Him.
One of the most important ways to grow in your faith is by spending time with God daily. This doesn’t have to be complicated—start by reading the Bible and talking to Him through prayer.
The more time you spend in His presence, the more you’ll begin to recognize His voice and see Him working in your life.
“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8
If you’re not sure where to start, begin with a Gospel (like John) or set aside a few minutes each day to pray honestly and simply.
Build a Life of Prayer
Prayer is how we communicate with God.
It’s not about having the right words—it’s about having a real conversation. You can talk to God about anything: your worries, your needs, your gratitude, and even your questions.
As you build a consistent prayer life, you’ll find strength, peace, and direction for your everyday life.
“Never stop praying.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17
Stay Rooted in the Word
God’s Word gives us truth, direction, and encouragement.
The Bible isn’t just a book—it’s alive and speaks into every area of our lives. As you read and apply it, your faith will grow stronger and more grounded.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105
Even a few verses a day can make a difference.
Grow with Others
You weren’t meant to do this alone.
Spiritual growth happens best in community. Surrounding yourself with other believers provides encouragement, accountability, and support through every season of life.
Whether it’s through small groups, Bible studies, or simply building relationships within the church, getting connected is a key part of growing in your faith.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

Stay Consistent
Growth doesn’t happen overnight—it happens over time.
Showing up consistently matters. Attending church, staying in God’s Word, and continuing in prayer all help build a strong and steady faith.
Even when it feels small, every step forward counts.
“Let us not grow weary in doing good…” — Galatians 6:9
Keep Taking Your Next Step
You don’t have to do everything at once.
Start simple. Stay consistent. Keep moving forward.
As you grow in your relationship with Jesus, you’ll begin to see your life change—not just for your benefit, but so you can impact others with His love.
